I'm sure by now this isn't a new story but given my history of dumping on Michigan I felt that this story had to make it on here.

Woman Wins House on Ebay Auction for $1.75

The lady won the house in beautiful Saginaw Michigan.

Now I am not a real estate speculator and I know the economy in Saginaw is very depressed but I would have to imagine that even with the $800 in back taxes this has to be a good deal/investment.
