Because Living in Detroit isn't Bad Enough

As if the thought of living in Detroit wasn't attractive enough...now they are going to use this new development to entice you to move there! It's an urban trailer park'ish kinda concept. This is great forward thinking if you ask me!!! The wave of the future. Entrepreneurship at it's best. (that should all be read dripping of sarcasm). I'm sure they'll try and dress it up all pretty but can't you just get that mental picture right now?!
